Photos are used only for the feature you requested. 1.4 Contacts With your permission, the App may access contacts only when you choose to pick a phone number (for example logistics / porter drop details). We do not upload your full contact book. 1.5 Service & Booking Information We collect information related to: • Services booked • Booking history • Preferences and usage patterns • Customer support interactions 1.6 Payment Information All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Some features may stop functioning properly. 5.3 Account Deletion (In-App) You can permanently delete your account from the App: Profile / Settings → Delete Account This deletes your login identity and personal profile data associated with the account. You may also email support@zhoka.com to request deletion. Deletion requests are processed promptly; some records may be retained only where required by law (for example completed invoices). Zhoka services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
